                        Responsibilities

                        • Lead the FOH staff in the successful operation of service while embodying the restaurant’s values and culture. Act as General Manager when General Manager is not present in the restaurant.
                        • Train, supervise, and manage all FOH staff, direct work assignments, and allocate tasks. Determine the systems to be used to maintain proper service standards.
                        • Monitor and encourage the development of staff skills. Enforce company policies, including policies relating to the conduct of staff. Appraise FOH staff productivity and efficiency. Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback to employees, and discipline employees as necessary.                         • Assist with candidate interviews, new-hire selection and recommendations for hiring, firing, advancement, and promotion of FOH staff.

                        • Communicate with Head Chef and/or Chef on Duty about all kitchen-related issues, menu changes, and updates relating to service.
                        • Control the flow of service.

                        • Develop business management and accounting skills by training with the General Manager. Work alongside the General Manager to prepare for the GM role as the next position with the company.

                        Qualifications

                        • Strong computer skills; experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, Aloha POS, Hot Schedules preferred.

                        • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory position for a full-service, high volume, upscale dining restaurant, or other food and beverage establishment with a similar capacity and clientele.

                        Qualifications:

                        • 7-10 years of experience in information technology, with 3-5 of those years managing an IT department required. Experience managing programmers preferred.
                        • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required; master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Those weeds grow around the tree wells, the cracks in the sidewalks, the vacant lots, you name it. If there is a crack, a weed can get in.

                        Damp wipe and straighten horizontal surfaces, such as trash can lids, news boxes and other infrastructure. This is vital. WE have always cleaned and sanitized touchpoints. We clean everything that doesn't move.

                        OBSERVE AND REPORT – while on patrol be watchful for unwanted behaviors or criminal activity and report to Safety Ambassadors via two-way radios. Must be able to articulate an accurate description of persons, vehicles, and other similar identifiers.

                        Seeking an enthusiastic individual who is excited to work alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) who are pursuing independent employment in the community. Boulder Treasures, Inc., is a nonprofit social enterprise focused on creating pathways to purpose and community for adults with I/DD. Through our apprentice program hosted by Ramble on Pearl (a clothing boutique established and operated specifically for this purpose), we assist our graduates to secure and sustain independent employment in our community. Our Job Coaches play a crucial role, working directly with our graduates and their employers as they transition from their first day on the job to fully independent valued employees.

                        PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
                        ● Understand, embrace and emanate Boulder Treasures’ mission.
                        ● Identify the skills & responsibilities necessary for the success of our graduates in their jobs and assist them to achieve independence in meeting their employer’s expectations.
                        ● Work with community employers to provide accommodations in job responsibilities as may be required to ensure the long-term success of our graduates in their jobs.
                        ● Under the supervision of the Program Manger, follow standard procedures for written documentation of graduate performance and progress towards independence.
                        ● Work with community employers to identify individuals within their organization that can provide natural support to ensure the long-term success of our graduates and mentor these coworkers in the best ways to support them.

                        The ideal candidate will have the following expertise:
